Darcelious’s background spans military infrastructure, utility and facility operations, commissioning, data centers, and power generation.
His experience includes leading 24/7 operations and multidisciplinary teams, supporting maintenance programs and vendors, and developing work-control and facility-standardization processes.
That perspective shapes SCS’s focus: help people understand the systems, recognize the limits of their authority, and make decisions supported by evidence.
