SCS Professionals is the data center training business of Simmons Contracting Solutions LLC, founded by Darcelious Simmons II.
The founder
Darcelious Simmons II
Darcelious is a U.S. Air Force veteran with experience in utility operations, commissioning, facility management and data center operations. SCS turns that operating perspective into structured, vendor-neutral learning.
The goal is to help learners understand how systems connect, ask better questions and explain sound decisions. The examples are fictional and do not disclose employer or customer procedures.
What SCS stands for

- Respect safety and procedure authority.
- Make a clear handover and keep learning.
Independent education
SCS does not represent endorsement by an employer, equipment manufacturer, the military, or a certification body. Courses are non-accredited and do not award trade licenses or authorize equipment operation.
