Who we are

Simmons Contracting Solutions LLC, operating as SCS Professionals, provides data center training. Contact info@scsprofessionals.com for privacy questions or requests. This notice covers scsprofessionals.com and the linked SCS Data Center Academy.

Information we collect

Inquiries include your name, email, optional organization and role, training interest and message. Signed-in learning records include your account identifier and email, course access, lesson completion, worksheet responses, assessment answers and scores, timestamps, and any completion-record name you supply. Purchase records include course, amount, currency, order and payment-provider references, terms version and payment status.

Payments and accounts

The academy uses Sign in with ChatGPT. A free account is sufficient; a paid ChatGPT plan is not required. When payment opens, Stripe hosts checkout and processes your billing and payment details under its privacy policy. SCS does not collect or store your full card number in its course database. Hosting and authentication providers process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use information

We use this information to answer inquiries, fulfill purchases, restore access, save learning progress, issue completion records, respond to support requests, manage refunds and disputes, prevent misuse and meet recordkeeping obligations. An inquiry or purchase does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Do not submit confidential employer procedures, health information, passwords or customer data in learning exercises.

Sharing and storage

Necessary service providers include managed OpenAI Sites hosting, Cloudflare infrastructure and, when enabled, Stripe payment processing. SCS does not sell learner or inquiry information. The owner can review enrollment and inquiry records. Team purchases do not include an employer reporting dashboard; any separate reporting arrangement must be disclosed before data is shared.

Cookies and optional measurement

Essential hosting and sign-in mechanisms support security and account access. If Google measurement is configured, an optional choice appears before analytics or advertising tags load. Declining does not restrict learning. Optional measurement may record page paths, campaign referrals and verified purchase values and order identifiers; worksheet text, assessment answers, names and email addresses are not sent by our measurement code. You can change your choice from the footer. Google and browser settings may also affect tracking.

Retention and your choices

Course access lasts 12 months from successful payment. Learning and transaction records may remain afterward for support, completion verification, disputes and applicable recordkeeping. Contact SCS to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records needed for legal or financial obligations. Closing an inquiry is not deletion. Completion records are account-protected, not a public directory.

Age and external links

The paid offer is for learners age 18 and older. We do not knowingly enroll children. Linked technical references and third-party services have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice when our practices change.
