Define the learners
Agree the role, prior experience, learning objectives, and boundaries for the pilot.
For employers & training partners
Establish a shared technical foundation before people learn your company procedures and qualify at your site.
A practical starting point
Agree the learner group, review the content, and find out what needs to improve before expanding.
Agree the role, prior experience, learning objectives, and boundaries for the pilot.
Bring qualified technical reviewers into the content and assessment review.
Use the core course, written exercises, and guided discussions with invited learners.
Review clarity, knowledge gaps, pacing, usability, and feedback before deciding on wider deployment.
The deployment model
Vendor-neutral system knowledge, operating scenarios, practice assessments, and individual learning records.
Approved terminology, SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and escalation expectations, scoped separately from the common curriculum. Customer upload tools and dedicated company environments are not yet available.
Local procedure training, observed practical performance, safety and access authorization, and the employer’s final role qualification.
Commercial conversations
Internal team training and delivery to your customers are different engagements. We will define each clearly.
Discuss a pilot group, learning objectives, facilitator support, and the evidence you want to review.
Discuss delivery responsibilities, permitted audiences, branding, content rights, support, and commercial terms in a separate licensing agreement.
Clear expectations
Individual learning records are available in the academy. Organization dashboards, automated enrollment, customer administration, payment processing, and proctored credentials remain future work.
Every pilot’s access, reporting, support, and review arrangements will be agreed before it starts.
